I'm from North Eastern Pennsylvania and lived there for three decades. Growing up, I was always interested in all things creative. I loved to paint at school and played the upright double bass in the Philharmonic. I was fortunate enough to have a friend with a large family many of whom played instruments. It was in their garage where I formed my first band and went on to play guitar in a variety of them throughout my twenties.
The only serious break I took from playing music while living in the keystone state was too peruse a college degree. I went to the Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and earned a Bachelor's in Psychology.
Shorty after graduating, I relocated to Portland, Maine. The rugged coastline here was an inspiration that kept my camera constantly in hand. The more photos I took, the more my own style developed and my choice of subject matter changed. My style continues to evolve, but I believe I have a signature. I hope you enjoy that signature and find your time on my site worthwhile.
